A new year, a new talk. January will see a return of the PHP 5.3 frameworks, with Richard McIntrye presenting about Lithium(Li3).

January's talk will see a return of the PHP 5.3 frameworks, with this month having Lithium(Li3) the focus.

Topic: Lithium(Li3) the PHP 5.3 and up framework that sucks less.

Outline: Have you struggled to find a great PHP framework, look no further! Lithium is flexible, powerful, light framework which uses many of PHP 5.3 features to enable you to create a smarter web application.

Bio:

I am a freelance web developer who has just moved back to the UK from Japan after living there for almost 15 years. I have recently started working with Union of Rad (the guys behind Lithium) to help them create client apps with this fantastic framework. 

Once again, we will be meeting at The Wellington pub in Leeds. The talk will start at 7pm, so try get there a little bit early for a seat!
